1. Service Definition

Phillote is a platform specialized in building, fixing and improving websites. We deliver our services professionally based on client requests.

2. Payment Policy

  • The total cost is split into two equal payments (50% + 50%) unless agreed otherwise.
  • The first payment (50%) is paid before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started.
  • The second payment (50%) is paid upon final delivery of the project.
  • The platform accepts cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.) or bank transfer.

3. Refund Policy

  • The first payment is non-refundable after actual work on the project has started.
  • Clients may request reasonable revisions within the agreed scope at no extra charge.
  • If the project is cancelled before work starts, the first payment is fully refunded.
  • Any changes outside the original scope are subject to an agreed additional price.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time is set when the request is accepted and is an approximate commitment. It may extend for reasons beyond our control. The client will be notified immediately of any delay.

5. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of the final product transfers to the client after the total amount is paid. Phillote reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Liability

Phillote is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the delivered product. The client is responsible for their site content and legal compliance.

7. Communication & Disputes

In case of any dispute, direct communication via the in-app messaging system is preferred first. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

8. Changes to the Terms

Phillote reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of any material changes.
