We ask for 50% before we start. This page explains exactly what happens to your money, when it comes back, and what you can hold us to — in numbers, not vague promises.

Not started in 3 business days? Full refund

If work has not actually started within three business days of your first payment clearing, you get all of it back — no deduction, no questions. One message from your request page.

Two free revisions within 14 days

After delivery you have fourteen days to request two free revisions within the agreed scope. They are not billed and do not open a new invoice.

You see it before you pay the rest

The second payment is only requested after we show you a preview and you approve it. If you are not happy with what you see, nothing more is due until we fix it.

Most important: The price you see is the price you pay. No fees appear mid-project and no scope surprises after we agree. Any extra work outside the scope is quoted to you before it is done, and you may decline it — your project continues as agreed.

What the guarantee covers and what it does not

Covers

  • Our delay in starting past the window above.
  • An item of your package not delivered as written on your request page.
  • A technical fault in what we delivered — fixed free, however many times.
  • A delivery that differs from the preview you approved.

Does not cover

  • Changing the project idea or scope after preview approval — quoted as new work.
  • Delays caused by missing materials, images or replies from you.
  • Third-party outages: hosting, domain, payment gateway, social platforms.
  • A specific Google ranking — nobody can guarantee it, and anyone who does is lying.

How to claim

  1. Open your request pageEverything is documented there: package items, price, timeline and files. You need no proof of your own.
  2. Send a message naming the itemName the item you consider missing, or what was late. Messages inside the request are timestamped and kept for both sides.
  3. We reply within one business dayWe either fix it immediately or start the refund if the case warrants it.
  4. Refund within 7 business daysReturned via the same method you paid with. The actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
