Welcome to Phillote. By using the platform or submitting a request you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Phillote builds, repairs and improves websites. Work is delivered against a scope agreed when the request is accepted, which is shown on the request page inside your account.
Stated delivery times are estimates and start from the date the first payment is confirmed and your materials are complete. Delivery is treated as accepted if we receive no written feedback within 7 days of the delivery notice.
Ownership of the final product transfers fully to the client once the total amount is paid; before full payment, ownership remains with Phillote. Phillote may display the project in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or for projects containing prohibited content or infringing third-party rights. We may refuse or stop any such request and refund the undelivered portion.
Phillote is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In all cases our total liability does not exceed the amount actually paid for the request in dispute.
In case of any disagreement, please first use the in-platform messaging system; we reply within 24 hours on business days. If an amicable settlement is not reached, the matter goes to the competent authority at Phillote’s place of business.
Phillote may amend these terms at any time. The version published when a request is submitted applies to that request. Registered users are notified of material changes.

Essential cookies cannot be switched off — the site does not work without them. Everything else is entirely optional.
Keep you signed in and remember your language and currency, and protect forms from abuse. Without them you cannot sign in or complete a request.
Tell us how many people visit, which pages get read and where errors happen — aggregated, never tied to your identity. They help us fix what we cannot see.
Measure how our ads perform on platforms such as Snapchat and Google, and stop the same ad being shown to you over and over.
